The past 4 years held many challenges for the company and for all of us here at X5. For family and financial reasons, it is with great dismay that we must announce that X5 Connection Associates will no longer be conducting business in the Windsor area. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who has given us their support over the years. In order to ensure that your service are not interrupted by this unfortunate occurance, we have made arrangements to have Managed Network Systems Inc. (MNSi) fulfill the remainder of your service terms. At the end of your service term we encourage you to continue your service with MNSi. MNSi Internet would like to invite all former X5.CA dialup subscribers to use our dial services for the remainder of their prepaid term of access, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service as outlined on our website at http://www.mnsi.net, as well as verification by X5.CA. As a courtesy to X5.CA customers, we have agreed to host the X5.CA and X5CA.NET E-Mail domains and user homepages on our servers for all customers who wish to sign up with MNSi for Internet Access. In order to use your X5CA.NET account on MNSi's network, you will need to change your dialup settings as follows: Access Telephone Number: 519-561-6600 User login: username@x5ca.net If you have any questions, or to arrange service after your free use period please contact our customer service department at 519-258-2333. X5 DSL customers, please contact our DSL service
department at 985-8444 to make arrangements for a temporary login ID, and
to find out about our rates for DSL service.
