Dune Buggy Dolly Plans

Before you begin your
buggy you will want to build a dolly. This will come in handy for holding the
front end and rear end in position while you build your frame. It will also
allow you the freedom to move your buggy around which is a great option when it
comes time to clean the garage. It is also a nice break to work outside on a
nice sunny day.

first |
 | After mounting the front end cut the rear
standoffs so that the rear torsion is level with the front |
 | Tack weld the rear torsion making sure it
is level |
 | Mount the front end first, then cut the
rear supports so that the rear torsion is level |
 |

rear torsion before you begin your frame |
 |
For the front end mounts I used a set of V.W
beam clamps |
 |
I tack welded the rear torsion to the dolly
